The Rink is a totally independent production. There isn’t a media company supporting the show, there aren’t any commercials, and there aren’t any pledge drive. The Rink is a labor of love, like many of the great podcasts and blogs out there.
Still, we could use your support. And let me make this clear:
We Don’t Want Your Money!!!
But there are a few ways you can help:
Leave a review on iTunes. Reviews are a big driver for iTunes. The more a show is reviewed, the easier it is to find in searches. Reviews are a huge help. Go to our iTunes page here.
Call in to the show. I have a phone number for The Rink. 845-704-RINK (7465). Call and leave a message, and I will (most likely) play it on the show. And if you have something to say about hockey, even better.
Leave a comment. Most people don’t leave comments for podcasts because they don’t listen to the show on their computers, directly from the website. But I would love to know what you think about anything we said on the show.
Tell a friend. A little word of mouth helps. Tweet about the show, put it in a blog post. The more people listening, the better.
Participate in a Tweetcast.
Be a guest. I am always looking for people to be guests on the show, even if for just 10 minutes. If you are interested, let me know in the contact form.
All of these things help the show, and help me produce the show. Thanks for listening, and for your support.
